What is CellOPark?

Where a parking provider offers CellOPark, You can use your phone to pay rather than feeding coins or cards into a meter or ticket machine.

How can I register?

There are three ways to register:
1.App: Install "CellOPark Australia"
2.Online: click on "Registration"
3.Call 1300 CellOPark

To start parking

Once you've parked, use the CellOPark App or call the system from your mobile phone. Select the zone that you've parked in and the start your session.

To end a session

Use the app to stop the session or call the system again from your mobile and the system immediately stops the session.

Tariffs

Tariffs are set by the relevant parking provider. You typically pay no more than if you were using the parking ticket machine!

Pay only for what you use!

With the exception of all-day parking areas, you are only charged for the exact time you park. This takes the guess work out of paying for parking.

Payments

All payments are debited from your account based on the selected payment method.

Policing

Parking officers check vehicle number plates against the CellOPark system using internet connected mobile devices.

Pricing

A basic account has no added costs or hidden fees. Users can elect to join our premium services for a small monthly fee, on a "didn't park - didn't pay" basis.

Account management

You can check your details and parking activity by logging into your personal account on our website.
