PLEASE NOTE – You cannot top-up your account at this time.
In order to switch to prepaid you will need to first update your Credit/Debit Card details so we can charge the outstanding amount (this is done automatically once you enter a new valid card).
We cannot deduct outstanding payments from a prepaid top-up.
Please go to My Account -> Payment Details and enter a new card.
